(i) the Collector has 48-hours from receipt of the property to begin the return process. The Collector may choose to return the property to Cohart for any reason within these 48-hours;

(ii) the Collector is responsible for all return shipping costs;

(iii) after the property is received by Cohart and is determined to be in good condition, Cohart will refund the purchase price minus any fees involved with the original shipping of the property;

(iv) the refund will be in the Collector’s account 5-7 business days after Cohart successfully receives the property.

(i) any indirect, special, incidental, reliance, punitive or consequential damages of any kind, including damages for lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction,

(ii) any substitute goods, services or technology,

(iii) any amount, in the aggregate, in excess of the greater of (a) One Hundred ($100) Dollars or (b) the amounts paid and/or payable by you to Cohart as commission in connection with the services in the three (3) month period preceding the applicable claim, or

(iv) any matter beyond our reasonable control, in connection with these conditions, the services, the use of or inability to use the services, any transactions entered into through the services, or any property.
